Princess Rachael Okonkwo (Managing Director)

Mrs. Rachael Okonkwo is responsible for the day to day organization MD2.jpgand co-ordination of the company’s activities .She holds a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from Abia State University. A seasoned marketer and administrator, Princess Okonkwo has also attended several managerial courses, seminars and conferences in business development and strategic planning in Nigeria and Overseas.

She is a planner, organizer and leader who get along with people. Some of her strong points include: participative management and the practice of management by objectives. She has deployed and will continue to deploy her varied experience and exposure to the growth of Tetrazzini. She is happily married with children.




Femi Ajayi is the Head of IT.  A certified A+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP amongst others.  He
has attended numerous courses both in Nigeria and USA.  A well motivated and energetic individual who possesses good interpersonal skills, participates effectively in teamwork, and uses own initiative when required.  He is flexible and  enjoys the challenges of meeting deadlines and targets.  He is mature, responsible, hardworking  and strives to achieve the highest standard possible with ability to relate with wide range of people.  Femi is confident, very enthusiastic and is always keen to lean.  He has the ability to work effectively within a team.


Adewale Fajemiroye is the Central Processing Unit Manager (CPU).  He holds a Higher
National Diploma in Business Administration, and an Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM).  He also has a certification from Lagos Business School on improving Fast Food Operation.  He is a Team player,  flexible and has the capacity to manage a good number of staff.  Wale is self-confident and  enthusiastic about his job.
 
 

Moses Gloria C. (Mrs) is the Administrative Manager.   A graduate of Library Science with admin2.jpgextensive experiences, spanning over 10 years in reputable organizations.  She is a seasoned and highly resourceful professional with remarkable track record in administration and management.  Before joining Tetrazzini as Human Resources/Admin Manager in 2008, she had served in different managerial positions at Ibeto Group, Nnewi.  Since then, she has employed her vast experience for the benefit of the company.  She has attended many administrative and manpower development courses, and a member of various professional associations.


 

Florence Ada Iroemeh (Mrs) is the Training Manager.  She holds a Higher National Diplomain Secretarial Administration (Distinction) from Federal Polytechnic, Idah, and  a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Management from Delta State University.

She has over 15 years experience in the banking industry having worked in various depts. – Customer Service, Export Trade, and Administration.  She left to become a Consultant and Facilitator on Customer Service Excellence and Communications Skills amongst other courses.  She worked at various times as Head, Customer Relations, Head, Human Resources and Administration, and Head, Training School, IPRC Nigeria.  She has several awards – Quality Dividend Team Award, Service Excellence Award, Best HND Graduating Student, 2nd Best Graduating Student (Overall School), and Director’s Honours List.  She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants (IPRC Nigeria).  Florence is a self-starter, and a customer-focused professional who believes that individuals can activate the “Plus Factor” (the little extras that makes someone a winner) which is within them.   She has the stamina, energy, enthusiasm, commitment, zeal and eagerness to go the extra mile in order to deliver.





Nene Emma-Ajali (Mrs) is the Marketing Manager.  She has a Higher National Diploma in Marketing and an Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management.  She is a seasoned Marketer with over 10 years excellent banking experience having worked in various departments – Operations, Business Development, Relationship Management and Consumer Banking.  She was part of the team that created Products to suit consumers’ needs in the bank, and attended several courses in Marketing, Relationship Management, and Workshops on Techniques for Seamless Customer Services. Her researches over years of daily consumers’ needs have helped her in tackling her current job challenges. Nene has won several awards including  Cash, and recommendations in the past.


Uzomah Amaka (Mrs) is the Head monitoring and compliance unit. She has a Degree in Mass Communicationand a Masters Degree in  Business Administration  (MBA) with bias in TM2.jpg Management. She has about 15 years experience in the banking industry working in various departments/sections including International Operations,  Credit Administration, Internal Control, and Hallmark Bank Training School. Before joining Tetrazzini, she has been (and still is) a Trainer/Facilitator on different Churches’ Seminars and Workshops.   She is highly proactive. 



Juliana Chigbomkpa Nwakwo (Mrs) is the PA to the Managing Director, and also the PA2.jpgPurchasing Manager. She has an Ordinary National Diploma, and currently pursuing a B Sc degree at Lagos State University.  She is highly proactive and uses her initiative as at and when required.


 Chris U. Onyido is the Head, Finance and Accounts division of Tetrazzini Foods Plc. A seasoned and rare-breed Professional, a versatile Chatered Accountant,is .  He joined Tetrazzini Foods Plc in August 2011 having over 28 years in Audit,Taxation,Management,Finance and the financial sectors and has attended manyscan70.jpg management courses both in and out of Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Chartered accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management(NIM). He holds a degree from the University of Nigeria Nusukka in 1990. He came out as the best graduating student in the MBA UNN class in 1990 and was also an ICAN award winner in 1992. He hold an MBA from the University of Nigeria Nuskka. he is married with Five Children.

 


Eze Ijeoma Odoemela is the head of Operations.  She has a National cm2.jpgCertificate in Education (NCE) from Federal College of Education Obudu and a Bachelors Degree (B.A) in English from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.  She has two years experience in the banking industry before joining Tetrazzini and currently works as Monitoring and Compliance Manager.  Ijeoma is humble, very hardworking, and passionate about her work.  Her watch word is Honour and Integrity.
